About Us

Technology and innovation should not be mutually exclusive.

Everyone says “they know how to treat their customer”.  We know how our customer wants to be treated.  Subtle difference?  We don’t think so.

Rockwell Holdings, LLC combines best practices, flexibility, technology and competitive pricing to meet your corporate service needs for Independent Director, Registered Agent, Entity Management, Corporate Service Work, Sales Consulting. With 30 plus years legal industry experience Rockwell Holdings leverages technology and innovation specializing in Independent Director, Registered Agent, entity management, corporate service filing needs, and sales coaching and consulting.

We understand how to help you when meeting a filing deadline, we know our role and fiduciary duties when your company is in distress.  We are not the other guys,  though we have comparable experiences and we believe we’ve learned a few lessons over the years. We had some good teachers.

We operate under a simple plan;  give our clients respect, provide great service, charge a fair price, and build better mousetraps.

Our Guiding Principles

from Robert Fulghum’s  All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten

Share everything.
Play fair.
Don’t hit people.
Put things back where you found them.
Don’t take things that aren’t yours.
Say you’re SORRY when you HURT somebody.
Wash your hands before you eat.
Warm cookies and cold milk are good for you.
Live a balanced life – learn some and drink some and draw some and paint some and sing and dance and play and work everyday some.
Take a nap every afternoon. (alright, I wish)
When you go out into the world, watch out for traffic, hold hands, and stick together.
Be aware of wonder. Remember the little seed in the Stryrofoam cup: The roots go down and the plant goes up and nobody really knows how or why, but we are all like that.
Goldfish and hamster and white mice and even the little seed in the Styrofoam cup – they all die. So do we.
And then remember the Dick-and-Jane books and the first word you learned – the biggest word of all – LOOK.”
